Day 2 - Wood Art Museum

Places full of culture are specific to the Bucovina area. Enjoy what the people of Bukovina have made since the 17th century from the precious material offered by nature.

Day 3 - Hiking the Via Transilvanica trail

Via Transilvanica is a project of Tășuleasa Social and is a 950 km road linking Transylvania with the Danube and Bucovina. The road crosses 10 counties and goes through the area of Sadova. We suggest an unmissable walk on one of the sections of this dream route, between km 62 and 72. You will enjoy 10 km of nature, fresh air and beautiful landscapes.

Day 4 - Visit The Milk Factory 

We all buy dairy products, but how many of us know how they are made? At The milk factory in Sadova you will learn how natural organic milk products are made that give taste to Sadovan dishes. A perfect culinary experience awaits you.

Day 5 - Hiking Obcina Feredeului

A relaxing walk, surrounded by the beauty of nature and fresh air is more than perfect to take a break from everyday stress. We recommend a hike on the Feredeului Obcina to replace the noise and bustle of the city with the hiss of the wind, the rustle of the trees and the calm of this mythical plane.

Day 6 - Marginea Pottery Workshop

Black ceramics from Marginea is unique in the world, and we recommend a visit to the Marginea Pottery Workshop. You can purchase pottery products and you will be introduced to the world of pottery that originated in the 15th-16th centuries. The pottery will relax you and the satisfaction of creating something tangible with your own hands will certainly come. The mysteries of pottery are waiting to be discovered.

Day 7 - Walk Iezer + Bolătău

We invite you to take a walk to the two lakes. The trail will captivate you, and the sparkle of the water and the quiet of the forest will refresh you. Once you reach Iezer Lake you can take a hydrobike ride, relax on the shore or have a snack to recharge your energy. The adventure continues to the second lake, Bolătău. If Lake Iezer is imposing and doesn't shy away from showing itself to tourists, Bolătău hides in the heart of the forest and, shrouded in mystery, is waiting to be discovered.

Day 8 - Rarau Peak (by car on Transrarău)

It is said that in the face of nature's greatness we are all small, powerless beings. A walk in the Rarau Mountains will make you realise how true this saying is. The mountains that got their name from the Moldavian lord Petru Rares have their highest point at the top of Pietrele Doamnei, reaching 1634m. 

Day 9 - Wagon ride (summer) / sleigh ride (winter)

In Sadova, some residents were not attracted by the convenience of a car and prefer to use draft animals for some household chores. We invite you to take part in the experience of taking a wagon ride in the warm season or with sleigh in winter on the village roads. Discover the village in ways other than walking or driving.
