Ideea festivalului Hard Enduro Bucovina este o prietenească unde să vină oameni care împărtășesc aceeași pasiune. Pe lângă asta, acest petec de pământ numit Bucovina doreşte ca lumea să poată admira și descoperi frumusețile acestuia.<
